Please apply on separate forms for ‘one-off’ and ‘recurring’ (ie repeating for 2 or 3 years – maximum) bids. This is even if they relate to the same project.

 In making an application you must accept that the trustees decision is final

The trustees may ask for more information, and/or ask you to attend a meeting to answer questions.

If the funds will be used to provide services to children under 16 or vulnerable adults, you must outline the safeguarding measures that you have in place

The award of a grant is a contract, whereby you agree to promptly provide verification that the grant is spent correctly

The trustees of Wright’s Clock Land CIO expect applications for grants to come from organisations operating in the parish, rather than individuals. In cases of individual hardship or need please apply to one of the Other Fulbourn Charities.  If in doubt please contact the Steward.
