There are a number of other charities in Fulbourn.

Bishop’s, Caraway’s and Elizabeth March Charities – administered together as The Fulbourn Village Charities.

Ellen Weston’s and Farmer’s Charities – these are administered together via St Vigor’s Church.

These village charities have for many years provided financial support, both direct and for educational needs, to individuals in the parish. They will continue to do this and individuals should continue to apply directly to them. These charities have their own much more modest sources of income, but should this be insufficient, Wright’s will provide additional financial support to assist them. The Trustees of Wright’s and the other village charities, some of whom are joint Trustees, do not wish to duplicate efforts and agree this is the best way for us to work together.

The Trustees of Wright’s Clock Land CIO expect applications for grants to come from organisations operating in the parish, rather than individuals. In cases of individual hardship or need please apply to one of the other Fulbourn charities, as above. If in doubt please contact the Steward – see Contact Us
